Ingredients (for 2 portions):
for dressing:
½ avocado
2 tbsp sesame oil – Vitalia
1 tsp vegetable seasoning Vitalia Vita Spice
for salad:
lettuce
red cabbage
green cabbage
tomatoes
carrots
green pepper
red pepper
scallion
radish
cooked corn
1 tsp flax seed – Vitalia
30 g raisins – Vitalia
Preparation:
For the dressing preparation, in a blender put the ingredients and mix until getting thick homogenous mixture.
Chop the vegetables in the preferred fashion and mix together in a bowl. Finally, add the flax seed, raisins and pour the dressing on top.
